Over the holidays, we did take a break. But lots has been happening behind the scenes, which will make for a thrilling upcoming season.
These events include:
- A whole new slate of officers took their seats on the Board of Directors for SCAR and started making plans to make this the best season yet.
- Mark Hoffman started coaching the league as the new Head Coach, replacing Rebekah Garber-Wagner.
- A batch of fresh meat passed their assessments and became League members. At the same time, several older skaters passed additional assessments, qualifying them to play at higher levels. More on that later -- we'll be announcing promotions as they occur.
- The slate of events for next year was more or less set. You'll notice events listings and links in the left sidebar. As you can see, we have an exciting and challenging schedule against a variety of teams from New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
