It. Is. On!

Hey, SCAR fans -- hope you can handle a lot of derby, because we've got lost going on.

First, SCAR takes on ROC City at ROC City this weekend.  If you've ever thought about seeing SCAR on the road, you need to get to this bout -- it's going to be EPIC.

Second, our next intraleague is coming up.  SCAR Wars happens May 11th, complete with stormtroopers and more in costume, and featuring all your older favorite skaters as well as the debut of several newbies.  Normally intraleagues sell out, so get your tickets now!

Third, SCAR hosted its recruitment clinic Sunday and lots of people came out -- but just because you missed it doesn't mean you can't come out for recruitment.  Recruitment night is May 19th -- save the date and get to some open skates!

Yes, that's SCAR's own Pinky Balboa, If You Seek Aimee, Flower POWHer, and Mae B. Nasty demonstrating how they use the CATA transportation system.  CATA's having an In Transit photo contest, and SCAR is entering!  Will SCAR win the grand prize of being featured on this Fall's ride guide?  Stay tuned to find out!

Looking forward...

Congratulations to the Happy Valley Dolls on a well-deserved win against the ladies of the Susquehanna Valley Derby Vixens.  Following this bout, we have a short break from home bout until the May 11th SCAR Wars Intraleague bout -- but by no means are we taking it easy!

Tonight SCAR scrimmages against the ladies and gentlemen of North Allegheny Roller Derby of DuBois, PA. Other scrimmages are being set now against teams from all over PA, NJ, and NY.

April 4th SCAR will light up the Darkhorse Tavern in State College. 

The recruitment clinic will happen on April 28th, with recruitment night to take place May 19th.  

And SCAR is forming a student group!
